Low Progesterone Infertility: The Truth Exposed

In the present-day world, many women face problems while trying to conceive a baby, mainly due to low progesterone infertility. A low level of progesterone is primarily responsible for these fertility-related problems. In fact, a number of medical factors related to low progesterone infertility can potentially affect women. A low count of progesterone in the body system often results in ovulation problems. Miscarriages may also occur due to this cause too. The smooth functioning of the female reproductive system and fertility depends crucially on the maintenance of the bodily equilibrium of women. Now, this balance can be adversely affected by excessive consumption of antibiotics and food materials that have been chemically manipulated. A stress-filled life also can result in unforeseen infertility problems. The hormone balance is crucial in properly developing the Corpus Luteum (which prepares the uterus for implantation); it is also important in the monthly female ovulation. This balance can also be affected due to the above factors. There are distinct steps caused by changes in hormones, which result in the generation of the female eggs, and the walls of the uterus becoming thicker so that the eggs can be fertilized. However, a low progesterone level prevents these steps to occur smoothly. Thus, the entire synchronized process of preparing the endometrium for implantation is interrupted, and the fertile female ova do not get transformed into Corpus Luteum. This results in women becoming infertile. Even if the lady does become pregnant, the risks of miscarriage remain, since low progesterone levels cannot support the requirements of pregnancy.

The best way to tackle the problem of low progesterone infertility is by adopting a holistic approach. Alternative conventional methods are also available. However, they often come with a hefty price tag, and also hold out potentially harmful side-effects. There are also some other methods that try to provide a natural solution to this problem. Indeed, in resolving the issues of infertility owing to low levels of progesterone, these methods have already had some success too.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), gynecology, also termed as fu-ke, recommends the usage of barks, roots, flowers and fruits of such plants which have been found to possess medicinal qualities. This method of treatment can redress irregularity in having periods, problems in the premenstrual phase, hormonal disturbances and infertility problems. Acupuncture is also recommended in these treatment methods, at various parts of the body, including the legs, feet, wrists, the ears and the back. While these methods of treatment can take up quite a bit of time, they are likely to solve the problems of low progesterone infertility. This is particularly so since these techniques are advised to redress infertility which arises due to this cause.

Medicinal herbs, in their raw form, are ideal for treating low progesterone infertility. Most of the ethical medications make use of these herbs as ingredients. However, since the medicinal benefits are far greater in the raw herbs, than when they are processed as medicines, the former should ideally be applied. These plants and herbs have a therapeutic value which supports the innate system of women. This helps ladies to recuperate on their own. Hence, this is one of the most ideal to give the natural levels of progesterone a much-needed lift.

Naturopathy and aroma therapy also provide suitable solutions to increase the level of progesterone. It is believed that natural ingredients can help the body to recover on its own, if the correct method of treatment is applied. This is the assumption on which Naturopathy functions. On the other hand, aromatherapy precludes the usage of certain necessary oils for massaging the body. These essential oils get absorbed by the tissues of the cells, bringing the former in contact with the bloodstream. The oils reach the affected bodily organs and ensure that they remain functioning properly. Hence, a complete cure can be made possible.

Times have changed, and the outlook towards the time of pregnancy has changed too. The biological age of women has come to the fore in this regard, in place of the actual age (as given in birth certificates). Holistic approaches to treat low progesterone infertility tackle the problem in precisely this manner. It was earlier considered only natural that ladies should conceive between the ages of twenty-one to twenty-eight. However, now the economic status of women has gained precedence, and it is not uncommon for a lady to become preganant when she is around 40, and the pre-menopausal phase has already commenced. Bearing a child for nine months is hard on the body of women, and holistic treatment methods are hence aimed at providing correct exercise methods and enough sleep for the ladies. Food that do not contain animal proteins or cholesterol need to be consumed, while alcohol, tea and coffee should be abstained from. In fact, the holistic approach identifies the root causes of infertility, and suggests different ways to eliminate them. These include Chinese medicines and herbs, dietary changes, proper lifestyles methods and regular exercising techniques. On the whole, holistic methods are indeed ideal to solve the problem of infertility.
