4. Get high quality sleep: The main issue here is that you may be getting low quality sleep even though you are asleep for 8 hours. 5. Have time to meditate: You see, meditating is a great way to naturally reduce levels of stress hormones. The type of hormones that break down your body while storing fat. Now your life is probably full of stress. Thus, it behooves you to have some alone time.
