How does Anxiety Disorder relate to High Blood Pressure?

Since i fly more often for travel and profession it has been easy for me to know about people. I found a lot about people in airport and in flights. This has made me know about lot of people and their characteristics. I was able to find their anxiety levels.

I will be able to figure out the content of what someone talks and the body language as I am a doctor having a lot of experience. What they talk and what they have on mind can be easily learned from what their body says.

I found a man who is extremely scared of flying. He stays in the flight with severe tension by pulling his armrests, breathing with fear and closing his eyes and chanting something so that it would calm him down from that disturbed state of mind.

There’s also the person who isn’t quite as obvious, going through his or her routine but every once in awhile they take a deep breath and slowly exhale. This person seems to be aware of the effect flying has and has taken steps to deal with it.

There are people who expect everything to be calm and relaxed .Once things are not done the right way or even if a baby cries they may get tensed up and become depressed.

The fear of flying called claustrophobia is when people have an issue standing once the plane lands. Those people wait for the plane to land and they rush to get off the plane. There are people who are scared of standing in long queues.

All of these behaviors are indicative of an anxiety disorder. Those who suffer from anxiety disorders can experience intense feelings of fear that are out of proportion to the perceived danger or threat.

Common anxiety, fear and worries, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) are the problems of Anxiety disorders

Many famous people have survived the OCD which is the fear in doing a specific action repeatedly. People have a fear and worry which they do not know and they cannot explain.

Anxiety disorder, like many other mental health conditions, becomes a problem when it causes one to be unable to perform daily tasks. Has a person’s extreme shyness caused him or her to fear leaving the house? Is fear that the house will burn down causing someone to unplug every appliance in the house before he/she goes to sleep?

Anxiety is not fully explained until and unless it is felt by everybody. Anxieties till then will remain short and sudden.

Increased palpitation, high blood pressure, breathing problems, perspiration are the notable conditions

In fact, those with anxiety disorders are four times as likely to develop high blood pressure as those without! Left untreated, high blood pressure can lead to stroke, heart attack and blindness.

Regardless of your reason for high blood pressure, I highly encourage you to try my high blood pressure program. It’s all natural breathing and relaxation exercises are designed to lower blood pressure quickly and effectively!
