Rob goes on to explain that you must have the right amount of micronutrients in the body to not feel hungry, so he shows you what to eat in order to get these. Anybody who eats according to Rob’s recommendations will find themselves with an increased metabolism and start burning more fat each passing day.
This means that a good solid exercise plan and balanced correctly sized diet will be the key to losing and burning fat!
